Medication and product refill policy
All refills for medications and products must be called in or requested by email in advance. Please allow 24 hours to verify the patient information, and the current prescription status and to fill the item. A phone call, text, or email will be sent to let you know when the prescription is ready. We take extra care to maintain careful records of every item that is prescribed and we appreciate your patience and understanding! Thank you!
